No. Mr Hand operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. One account per Pakistani mobile number, one per CNIC, one per device. Creating duplicate accounts to claim a bonus more than once or for any other reason is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. All associated accounts are closed on detection and any balances or winnings are forfeited. The detection rate for duplicate accounts is high.

Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification through support because the number is tied to your OTP access. Email support@mrhand.net with your CNIC and a clear reason for the number change and the team will guide you through the process.
Account locks are usually triggered by multiple failed login attempts and are a security feature, not a permanent restriction. Contact Mr Hand support at support@mrhand.net or via live chat with your registered mobile number. After verifying your identity, the team will unlock your account. If you locked your account yourself using responsible gaming self-exclusion, different rules apply – the exclusion period cannot be shortened on request.
To close your account, contact support at support@mrhand.net and request account closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method before the account is closed. IBFT bank transfers can take up to a few hours depending on your bank. Yes. Mr Hand recommends that every player sets a deposit limit. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits to set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. First, check whether the amount has been deducted from your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank balance. If it has been deducted but not appeared in your Mr Hand account within 30 minutes, contact support at support@mrhand.net with your transaction ID or reference number, the payment method used, the exact amount in PKR, and the time of the transaction. If the amount was not deducted at all, the transaction did not go through and you can simply try again.
No. If you have an Easypaisa or JazzCash mobile wallet linked to your Pakistani mobile number, that is enough to deposit and withdraw on Mr Hand without ever needing a bank account. NayaPay and SadaPay also work the same way. Many Pakistani Mr Hand players exclusively use mobile wallets for all transactions.
No. Mr Hand is a 100% PKR platform. Every deposit, bet, win, and withdrawal is in Pakistani Rupees. There are no conversion fees, no foreign currency exposure, and no exchange rate surprises. All amounts you see on screen are in PKR and exactly what gets deposited or withdrawn from your account.

OTP (one-time PIN) login sends a 6-digit code to your registered Pakistani mobile number each time you choose to use this method.
