Terms and Conditions – Mr Hand Pakistan Gaming Platform

01Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Mr Hand ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at mrhand.net and all services offered through it.

By completing the registration process on Mr Hand, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance button, or by simply accessing and using any part of the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understood their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on Mr Hand, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms apply to all users of Mr Hand, regardless of whether you are a registered account holder or a visitor browsing the platform without an account. If you are using Mr Hand on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02Eligibility Requirements

Use of the Mr Hand platform is restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times while maintaining an account:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any game, bet, or competition on Mr Hand. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Mr Hand may at any time request age verification documents and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Mr Hand platform is designed for and directed at users located in Pakistan. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation. Mr Hand makes no representation that services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside of Pakistan.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to contract.

2.4 Not a Mr Hand Employee or Affiliate

Employees of Mr Hand, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform. Violation of this condition will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.5 Self-Exclusion

If you have previously voluntarily excluded yourself from Mr Hand or have been excluded by Mr Hand, you are not eligible to open a new account during the exclusion period. Attempting to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

03Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on Mr Hand, you must register an account by providing a valid Pakistani mobile number and creating a secure password. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active Mr Hand account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identities, is strictly prohibited. Mr Hand actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. Any winnings earned through a secondary account will be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Mr Hand login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access with any third party for any reason. Any activity carried out through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact Mr Hand support immediately at support@mrhand.net.

3.4 Account Verification

Mr Hand reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

04Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Mr Hand accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name – deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Currency

All deposits on Mr Hand are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges. Your wallet balance is always displayed in PKR. Mr Hand does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your Mr Hand wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to one business day to appear depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits are typically instant but may be subject to your bank's approval process.

4.4 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are applied to all payment methods and are displayed within the deposit section of your account. Responsible gaming deposit limits – including daily, weekly, and monthly caps – can be set by players at any time via account settings. Mr Hand reserves the right to impose additional limits at its discretion.

4.5 Declined Deposits

Mr Hand is not responsible for deposits that are declined or delayed due to actions by your payment provider or bank. If you experience a deposit issue, contact Mr Hand support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

05Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals from your Mr Hand wallet are available to the same Pakistani payment methods used for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. Withdrawals must be made to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.2 Processing Times

Mr Hand processes withdrawal requests as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 2–6 hours; NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals within 2–8 hours; IBFT bank transfers within one business day; card withdrawals within 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer. These are standard processing times and may vary during high-volume periods.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from Mr Hand:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Only funds that do not form part of an active bonus wagering requirement can be withdrawn;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account;
• Mr Hand reserves the right to request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts held in the same name as the Mr Hand account.

5.4 Pending Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests enter a pending state while they are being processed. During this period you may cancel a pending withdrawal and return the funds to your wallet balance. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched it cannot be reversed.

06Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Mr Hand offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the offer is made. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of any bonus before accepting it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on Mr Hand are subject to wagering requirements – a minimum amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute to meeting them are stated clearly in each bonus offer's specific terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing with one active account. Mr Hand reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility to any account at its discretion, including accounts believed to be misusing promotional offers.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Mr Hand actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus terms rather than genuinely play, and colluding with other players in the context of bonus wagering. Where bonus abuse is detected, Mr Hand reserves the right to void the bonus, void winnings derived from the bonus, and close the relevant account(s).

6.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on Mr Hand are subject to an expiry date. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account without compensation. Expiry dates are stated in each individual bonus offer's terms.

07Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on Mr Hand is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game on Mr Hand, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that game. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence except where game-specific rules explicitly override them.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

Mr Hand reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets placed by system error, at incorrect odds, or on events that have already concluded may be voided by Mr Hand. Settlement of bets is final unless a manifest error is subsequently identified, in which case Mr Hand reserves the right to re-settle at the correct terms.

7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or disconnection during a game round, Mr Hand's system records will be used to determine the outcome. Where a game cannot be completed due to a confirmed technical failure on Mr Hand's infrastructure, the bet stake will be returned to your wallet. Mr Hand is not liable for losses arising from failures of your own device, internet connection, or third-party software.

7.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on Mr Hand and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any Mr Hand game or system;
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game format;
• Placing bets with the intention of money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at Mr Hand staff or other players.

08Responsible Gaming

Mr Hand is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some people gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

8.1 Player Tools

All Mr Hand accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated directly from your account settings without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe your gaming is becoming harmful, you may self-exclude from Mr Hand at any time by contacting support at support@mrhand.net or activating the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. Self-exclusion periods can be set from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, Mr Hand will take reasonable steps to prevent you from depositing or playing. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms.

8.3 Age Verification and Minors

Mr Hand takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. The platform must not be used by anyone under the age of 18. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software if there is any risk of minors accessing the device used for gaming. If Mr Hand has reason to believe that a minor is using an account, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

09Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by Mr Hand

Mr Hand reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected;
• Account verification documents cannot be provided or are found to be fraudulent;
• Duplicate accounts are identified;
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.4 is detected;
• Mr Hand is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation;
• The account has shown no activity for a continuous period of 12 months.

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Mr Hand account at any time by contacting support at support@mrhand.net. Before closure is processed, all pending withdrawals must be completed and any active bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. The closing account balance in PKR will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

9.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Mr Hand will notify you via your registered contact details before applying any inactive account fee. After the applicable notice period, a monthly administration fee may be applied to inactive accounts with a positive balance. Account closure will be completed once the balance reaches zero or upon request.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Mr Hand platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements, is the proprietary property of Mr Hand or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Mr Hand platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Mr Hand platform without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Mr Hand software;
• Use the Mr Hand name, logo, or brand assets in any context without written permission;
• Create derivative works based on any Mr Hand content or software.

Any unauthorised use of Mr Hand's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on the Mr Hand platform, please contact us at support@mrhand.net with full details.

11Privacy and Data Protection

Mr Hand collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Mr Hand Privacy Policy.

In summary, Mr Hand uses your personal data to:

• Create and manage your account;
• Process deposits and withdrawals;
• Comply with identity verification and anti-money laundering obligations;
• Provide customer support;
• Send you service notifications and, with your consent, promotional communications;
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mr Hand's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• Mr Hand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Mr Hand is not liable for losses arising from your own device failure, internet connection issues, or third-party software failures;
• Mr Hand is not liable for losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Mr Hand's total aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits Mr Hand's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

13Amendments to These Terms

Mr Hand reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the address associated with their account and will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Mr Hand platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.2.

We encourage all Mr Hand users to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current version. The date shown at the top of this page and in the "Last Updated" notice below the page title reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.
