What to Do If You Can't Log In
The most common reason a Mr Hand login attempt fails is a simple typo in either the mobile number or the password. Because the mobile number is entered without a leading zero and the +92 prefix is already shown, some players accidentally start with a zero or include the country code again. Double-check: your entry in the number field should be 10 digits starting with 3 – for example, 3001234567 for a number that you'd normally write as 03001234567.
If your password isn't being accepted and you are sure it's correct, it's worth checking whether Caps Lock is on. Passwords on Mr Hand are case-sensitive. If you still can't get in, the fastest solution is the "Forgot Password" link below the password field. This sends an OTP to your registered number, which you use to verify your identity and set a new password. The whole reset process takes about two minutes.
If your account shows as locked, it's most likely because the login attempt monitoring system detected several incorrect password attempts in a short period. Choosing Between Password Login and OTP Login
Both options are available every time you visit the Mr Hand login page. Neither is more or less secure in terms of the overall outcome – both result in an SSL-encrypted, authenticated session. The practical difference is in the situations where each makes more sense.
Password login is faster if you're on your own device and you have your password memorised or saved in your phone's password manager. OTP login makes more sense when you're on an unfamiliar device, when you can't remember your password, or when you want the added reassurance that nobody can access your account without physically having your Pakistani SIM. For daily use on your own phone, most Mr Hand players stick with password login for speed and tick "Remember me" to make it even faster next time.
The "Remember Me" Option
When you tick "Remember me" in the password login form, Mr Hand stores a secure session token on your device. This means your next visit to mrhand.net on that same device will recognise you and skip the login process. The session token expires after a set period of inactivity for security reasons. "Remember me" should only be used on a personal device that only you access – never on a shared phone, public computer, or anyone else's device. If you ever think your session has been compromised, go to account settings and use the "Log out of all devices" option to invalidate all active sessions immediately.
Logging In on Mobile
The large majority of Mr Hand players in Pakistan access the platform from a mobile device. The login page is fully mobile-responsive and designed specifically for smaller screens. The number field triggers the numeric keypad automatically on mobile so you don't have to switch. The OTP input boxes are large enough to tap accurately even on smaller screen devices. If you regularly play on mobile, the "Remember me" feature is particularly useful because it means you only need to fully log in once per device, and subsequent visits open straight to your account.
